Important Information
- Representatives of entities associated with IFEES will receive a 15% discount on the registration fee if payment is made before August 5, 2026. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Registration will only be official once the corresponding payment has been made within the indicated deadlines. For presentations in any category, the final payment deadline is August 5, 2026.
- To have a paper published in the WEEF (IFEES & GEDC) 2026 proceedings in any of the categories (Engineering Education, Research Advances, Undergraduate Students, Doctoral Students), at least one author must pay the registration fee by August 5, 2026. One registration covers a maximum of two papers.
- An author may participate in a maximum of two papers.
- The Undergraduate Student Presenter fee applies only to presentations in the “Undergraduate Student Projects” section. If participating in another category (Engineering Education or Research Advances), the Professional Presenter fee applies.
- Registration for Professional presenter and Undergraduate student presenter will be open starting June 10, 2026, when the results of the call for papers are announced.
- Payments made for registration to WEEF (IFEES and GEDC) 2026 may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Cancellations submitted on or before August 15, 2026: a refund of 60% of the amount paid will be issued.
- Cancellations submitted between August 16 and September 12, 2026: a refund of 50% of the amount paid will be issued.
- As of September 13, 2026: no refunds will be granted.
- Refund request procedure: all refund requests must be submitted exclusively via email to weef2026@acofi.edu.co
- Authors of accepted papers: participants who are authors of accepted papers are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.
